A lift would be a great improvement. It's well located and has lot of potential. Management should give a bit more attention to details ;-)

Amazing location, one or two issues getting into the room due to the lack of reception and a problem with the qr code but still made for a great stay.

Absolutely awful, steer clear of this one. No reception, no lobby, this is basically a hostel. No lift, extremely steep staircase up to rooms where I actually fell. no code for front door, eventually after getting in, Card wouldn't work in bedroom door, no help from owner. Room was old and musty. We were afraid to stay as there were no staff, we didn't feel safe and wouldn't have anyone to contact in case of emergency. After discussions with the owner he agreed that we wouldn't have to stay and he would refund the money personally. This never arrived and he won't take any phone calls from us now. You are putting your life in hands here, I would recommend anywhere else

Large spacious room which is well furnished and stocked. Steep staircase - no lift. Close to #7 tram. Owner is very helpful and responsive.

Do NOT book this hotel! We were really excited to stay at this hotel and wanted to try the idea of an “all digital” hotel. A couple days before our arrival, we received the code for the front door as well as the locker code to get the key card. Upon arrival the code for the door worked and the one for the locker as well but there was no key card to be found. We immediately tried to call the contact number on the email, but it was “not available”. We wrote a message on facebook, a sms, called on facebook, sent a mail and we never received an answer, up until now (7 months later). Some other local guests there tried to help us and call the hotel manager, but no answer again. We ended up booking another hotel close by as it was already night. After endless tries in contacting, booking was finally able to locate them. They charged us for the room and denied our complaints that the room card wasn’t there. So we ended up paying two nights without even being able to enter the room and we never received an answer from the hotel itself. Absolutely horrible management and treatment of guests. Stay away from this place!
