Inside of our room we found an old cigarette when we first entered, also the room smelled like there had been someone smoking. After the staff removed this cigarette we wanted to watch tv, but that was also not working. Someone had to fix that one also.
Because of the canceled Eurovision we could book at another date, without refund of the money. This trip costs us € 300 !!! Never again this bad cleaned, expensive hotel.
Rooms good ....but food isn't
Very kind and obliging staff, clean and climatized entrance but the rooms are hostile to life in summetime - plain and simple. Extremely tiny and hot as hell, without air con.
Breakfast is negligible: Don't book it and bring the 12€ (!!) someplace else.
The hotel is quite close to the central station and is a great location with very modern architecture around as well as some beautiful old buildings. The room was clean with all necessary facilities. Excellent value for money. I I will return when back in Rotterdam.
I really enjoyed my stay there, the staff was very friendly, nice and they all speak English/dutch and on of them can speak Arabic which I didn’t expect. The room was so comfy and cozy with a nice balkon and I enjoyed the breakfast so much!
