Camperplaats Kompas

This is one nice, quiet place. I must say the place I stayed before was from the same area and cost two bucks more per night and was 10x louder. I discovered this place while sitting only 10 Minutes away on Facebook. It's on a farm and it's quiet. The owners bring their guest free eggs each morning and have a Kräutergarten of fresh herbs & spices with a pair of scissors so that you may serve yourself. This place has all the standard amenities so I won't list them but it's got et you need for a few nights' stay including filtered WIFI. It seemed to me pretty "anonymous." You pay (single campers 10 bucks) via cash in envelope and you don't see or hear much of anybody (and obviously I mean that in a positive way). You can grill some fish, make a salat, drink a wine, watch some Netflix and best of all have good connections to other sight-seeing, more exciting venues like a local (over the German border a few minutes out) beach areal or the idyllic little town with ice cream shops and butchers, bakers, candle stick makers. All in all, one of my faves up until now. I will return.
