Superrr bad service there. I arrive to pay. I paid. I arrive at the exit. Card indicates back to checkout. I call someone who works there and just says you have to go back upstairs and pay again because he did not pick up. When I paid, 2 men from a company were emptying that payment terminal and they saw that I had put money in it. But unfortunately they were gone when I wanted to leave. REALLY NO UNDERSTANDING, WITH MY LITTLE CHILD I HAD TO PAY ALL THE UPWARDS AGAIN AND HAD TO PAY DOUBLE OF WHAT I PAID FIRST. NEVER FOR ME AGAIN. YOU ARE REALLY ASOCIAL, YOU SAY.

Bad parking garage unfriendly help desk that doesn't even listen. Parking card paid at the machine and lost when boarding the car, but according to the help desk lost card, lost card is therefore payable. No more parking there.

Large parking garage but poor intercom help desk

Just did the weekly shopping. I tell my husband if you now pack everything then I go to the Etos and the Action. And then I'll see you upstairs. I am ready and put the parking ticket in the machine, it says, you can drive out, and the ticket comes out. Normally you have about 10 minutes to finish. We drive to the exit and man puts the ticket in the exit pole and the device says "go back to the register" ???? wtf. Man presses the button for the reception and he did check it out. Oh I can tell he says "at AH you get the first hour for free but then you still have to pay 50 cents for the remaining time. ???? Uh the device says that we can drive out without paying extra, otherwise I will not get my ticket back either. Nice that he did not open the barrier. I had been in for exactly one hour. It is strange that the machine says it is good and when you exit you have to pay extra. Those devices are simply not properly aligned.
