Horribly experience. I have used it to pick up packages, and it has been terrible. I am never doing so again. The guy is grumpy, does not offer any help and is very dismissive. Do not go here or use it as a service point.

My experience is actually very good. The staff is very friendly and offers good services at reasonable rates. For small businesses they will go even futher and so far they have always found a solution that fitted my budget, both for post, parcels, printing and other services. I've been a customer for almost a year and go on a weekly basis.

Every time I went there, the guy was very nice. Once he even helped me fill in some documents, since my Dutch is quite rusty.

I totally agree with Timo. I used their store for printing and sending packages. When I found out that they charge more while offering less service than there competitors around the corner, I stopped using their service to send packages and letters. Today I went by to make a scan (1 A4), and they charged me 2,50 (euro!). They said they have to pay rent and that the competitors also charge this. Later I discovered that this is totally bullocks, the competitor at Oostplein is a lot cheaper, so I would highly recommend skipping this store!
