Despite the regular hustle and bustle and impatient people, always be prepared to see if your missing package happens to be there.

I have had a package delivered because I am on holiday. I got the message that I have picked up my package, which is clever because I have not even been around. Now I'm trying to get in touch but doesn't seem possible in any way.

Super unfriendly owner. When you bring a package, you will be on hold for a long time, because the owner is always busy his way. Never a kind word, just a horrible look. If you come (while the door is open) a few minutes before opening, then you are out of luck and this is what he says. Tip, go to the Coop in Kralingen or the Bruna in Prinsenland. A lot of people from the Esch complain about this point, too bad that not everyone shares this on Google.
