The third time I have used this POSTNL office and the third time they do not find my package and I will have to go back. It is the worst managed POSTNL office you can find and I will never send anything there again even if I have to walk for 10 minutes more to get my packages. I am also seing here a lot of reviews that indicate the same problems so I hope that the manager of this place is able to read at least and start to do something about it because this is unsustainable and the poor workers are getting all our blames. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!!

They were the only ones of 5 different Postnl locations to have the green registered letter stickers. Friendly help. Were the only ones among 5 different Postnl locations with green registered mail stickers. Child service.

By far the worst collection point in the history of collection points. The people working there regularly come back a few times during the search to ask what your name was. Then the three of them are away again for a few minutes to search. Cry this ...

Several times they could not find my package, the lines are very long, and it is a collection point that is not even close. In the supermarket they did at least have their best. Miserable staff with inefficient work setting. In addition, PostNL must take responsibility for the neglect of these points, whereby if they cannot find my package, they will also pay for it. Because a store claims that it has been delivered at the collection point and that is how the consumer falls ashore. Worthless.

Retarded service. I will never have my packages delivered to this branch again. There are two girls, totally uninterested in doing their "work". Then it takes a long time to find a package, or do not believe it if a package consists of more than 1 order. Today it was the straw, I come to pick up my printer one of those girls drops the package and the other laughs like it's a joke. You address them and you must be told that if the piece is always it can be returned, and that a label must be fragile on the box! It is in the original f ** ing printer box! you see what's inside! Fortunately there was nothing wrong with the printer, but they are really no manners.
