Went with some friends and it was an amazing and relaxing experience

Went to the sauna on Friday with my friend. what a wonderful experience, would definitely visit again!

30 minutes before my session was due to start I got a call because they wanted to cancel (!) Make a plan for a birthday and fix everything, a half-cooked tent will change your entire schedule .. That is nice.

On arrival we gave the money in cash and Mrs. said that we were short, we asked if she wanted to count it and she did not want that in the beginning, eventually she counted it and it turned out to be enough. Once in the sauna, there were no towels, no bathrobes, no slippers, the sauna door wouldn't close, the jacuzzi only worked halfway and it wasn't clean. If you want to enter the "smoking area" you are just standing in the backyard. In the end we wanted to use the shisha that we paid an extra 20 € for. Shisha was dirty and the vase had dirt, when we reported it, the lady said it is normal and that she would discuss whether we would get the money back. When leaving the sauna, the lady was not present, but she was in the building next door. So we came to ask about the shisha and then the lady said we would not get the money back. Madam was also extremely unfriendly at the time, she told us not to come anymore. Definitely not worth the money and certainly not worth repeating.
