It has been a while. I waited because I was pretty shocked. Karin, you came across as sympathetic, unfortunately you were not. Upon entering (bad neighborhood, but you can't do anything about it), I immediately noticed the mess. You led me to the living room first because you had something to prepare. Not well prepared? The whole room reeked of smoke. I think that's a no-go for a masseur anyway. But my back was bad, so I wanted to be treated. I could go to the massage room. It was freezing. "Yes, sorry, it is getting warmer soon." you told me. I got a thin blanket and was still very cold. The oil was warm. You smeared it on my back. It felt loveless, no attention, no warmth, you just did something. When I told you where I was hurting, you took off those cupping things and put them on my back. This was even more painful. While I indicated that it was really painful, you told me to go through it. You left the cupping stuff on my back and walked away. Then came back and moved those things. I was so in shock that I couldn't argue with it. I have never understood how you can get a 9.1. Fortunately, a number of reviews from others here confirm what I experienced.

Very knowledgeable, a lot of knowledge about different therapeutic fields. If you want to work on yourself, as can be tricky at times, then you've come to the right place. We always treat with understanding and together we look at how you can let go of patterns and emotions

I would like to use my wellness card. Trying to call several times to make an appointment, voicemail with the request to call back ... Well so far. Nice and professional

I give it to Karin, but it just wasn't that professional. Bad neighborhood, a smoky space (hit my lungs), old price list and the massage was a bit sloppy at times. Thought she was not quite there with her attention. Sin! Tip: stop smoking, really give the customers attention.

Karin is competent, knows what she is talking about and can give good massages and therapies. Gives you the feeling of being human, not a customer who pays back as soon as possible after paying. 👍🏼
