Could improve hygiene. Curious to find how they will improve for the new normal.

(-) The hygiene is VERY poor. There is plenty of mould in the changing rooms, especially in the shower. Additionally, there is an unpleasant smell basically everywhere. The deterrent effect of the mould and the smell keeps me from ever taking a shower there. Consequently, I can only do workouts in the evening before I leave uni when it is extremely busy, which brings me to the next negative aspect. (-) Certain equipment such as the squat rack in the gym is just always taken in the evening as there is simply not enough of it to keep up with the masses of people during peak time. (-) In case you want to join a club (e.g. football, dance, volleyball and so on) you have to purchase a sports pass that costs more than 100 euros in addition to the membership fees just to get access, even if you don't want to do any courses which makes it quite expensive for a student. (+) Overall, they offer a great amount of facilities, and quite a few of the courses are high quality.

Its pretty good except a weird smell in the lobby

I spent 280 Euros for a 5 month membership, and I wish I could get a refund. The Lobby is always dirty with food everywhere, the communication is not good for rentals or classes, and the people at the front give you attitude and are disorganized. They have one guy doing everything which is probably why he is so stressed. However, every time I saw the bald headed dude he was playing on his phone. Classes and the Gym are overcrowded. Opening hours are not convenient during weekends, and they do not even have wifi...smh. I had an incident where they willing to give a 75% of a basketball court to only 2 dancers, who did not reserve the room, during pickup hours. What are they running, a gym or a zoo. Fitness Disgrace.
