Extremely pleasant and professional experience with Shurgard storage facility, with emphasis on the customer support member Aarti! I had impression that customer always comes first, also she tried to speak English with me so I encourage all international people to use this business. The storage units are well maintained with corona-proof countermeasures when the whole reservation and handover is arranged ONLINE! You get an access code and first month for 1 euro. Some interest hunting storages wanted to charge 3x the price than Shurgard, and they are almost falling apart!

Staff is very helpful. Transition to a smaller unit went really smooth. The building is very accessible by car and there are always enough carts to move my stuff around. Only remark I have is that the toilets are very dirty. Would be better if they’d have none at all if they don’t have enough staff to clean them regularly.

Super easy registration procedure (completely contactless), helped by Nayana who has been really kind and answered all my questions. Storage is really convenient, anyone can find an ideal storage unit that fits their needs and the fact that you can park your car inside the building is a big plus.
