I had a very bad experience in this store. They have this "4th waiting" rule (if you are the 4th waiting you get your groceries for free) that they never reinforce. It is there for marketing purposes only. They always look for a loop hole. I was literally told I need to start counting from the second person waiting because the first already has the products on the band. Later in the discussion I was told to shut up and leave. I was never rude and had already paid when I was told those things. Furthermore , it is always dirty and everything is out of place at the juice isle. I suggest walking a few more meters to the Lidl.
