Charlie Temple (Geen bezoekadres)

I had a pair of glasses bought on Friday 18 September, but I figured it had a problem because I didn't receive anything about my shipment after a few days. I called their customer service and they were super helpful. Called them on Tuesday morning, picked up the glasses in a DHL service point on Wednesday afternoon. Perfect problem solving!

3 years I have been a customer. 8 pairs of glasses I have bought for the family. I sat on a pair and the hinges were bent on the Balthazar. I bought a new frame and put the old glasses in the new pair of frames. The old frames I reshaped the hinges, low and behold they did not break!! Great quality, Great price! I save 400 euro as multifocal, varifocus customer. A pair I received broken but was within 2 days resolved and sent!! Thank you Charlie Temple team! Keep up the great service.

I havent get my order! When i asked for money back they said i have to wait till they get answer from dhl! Each time i call i get new lie about how long i must wait and how it works :/

UPDATE: Now about two years since prior review (below), and have purchased several more pairs of glasses, also on several occasions requested assistance from CT customer service, most recently for repair and replacement. Once again, just terrific service, 5 stars, could not be better. Courteous and professional via email, complete and super fast on turnaround. Thanks to Willemijn and the good work of others in customer service, most recent great experience: Sent two pairs of glasses back to CT for inspection, possible repair, were returned to me looking and functioning like new two (2) working days later. Fast, perfect results in terms of repair and replacement, 100% satisfied. Add to the service the overall product quality, value and speed when ordering new glasses (last glasses purchased were delivered the next day, and great quality), I could not recommend Charlie Temple more. Prior Review: Minor delay in delivery of first glasses, but so much faster than the shops, no complaints. Due to my mistake, first glasses not exactly perfect, so ordered second and was assisted by CT Customer Service. That service was excellent. A special thanks to Tanja. She really assisted me greatly in selecting how best to 'configure' the second glasses, arrived today and perfect.

Mijn ervaringen met Charlie Temple zijn 50/50. Inmiddels heb ik 3x een bestelling geplaatst bij Charlie Temple... Mijn 1ste bestelling van 6 februari 2021, een multifocale bril met helder glas, is nog steeds niet geleverd ondanks diverse toezeggingen van de klantenservice dat dit alsnog z.s.m zou gebeuren. Er is wel een multifocale zonnebril geleverd die ik niet had besteld. Deze hoefde ik niet retour te sturen als excuses. Ik heb alsnog een tweede multifocale bril besteld omdat ik de kwaliteit van de multifocale zonnebril echt goed vond. Die bril heb ik keurig binnen de levertijd van 7 dagen ontvangen en ben daar erg tevreden over. De glazen zijn heel mooi dun geslepen (extra optie bij hoge sterkte) en het montuur vind ik ook van goede kwaliteit. Ik was zo tevreden dat ik een 3de multifocale bril heb besteld omdat ik niet verwacht dat mijn 1ste bestelling nog geleverd gaat worden en ik wil graag twee brillen. Heb diverse malen navraag gedaan bij de klantenservice over de 1ste bestelling, via de mail en telefonisch, maar ook daar weet eigenlijk niemand of het nog goed gaat komen ondanks dat zij de bestelling opnieuw hebben geplaatst. Dus nu ben ik wederom in afwachting van mijn bestelling, de 1ste en de 3de. Hopelijk komt het met beide goed.
