Grote Kerk Overschie foundation The Grote Kerk Overschie foundation was established in 2003. Its aim is to financially support the restoration, maintenance and maintenance of the Grote Kerk. In this way we want to preserve the iconic building in the old core of the Rotterdam sub-municipality of Overschie for future generations. For this we raise funds and we promote the use of the Grote Kerk for cultural and social activities. The Grote Kerk was built in 1901 and is also a national monument. In recent years, the church and tower have undergone extensive renovations that were necessary to ensure the preservation of this unique structure for the future. The work has now been completed and the Grote Kerk, partly due to its design and ambiance, made into an attractive building for organizing gatherings (including weddings), meetings, exhibitions and concerts. The church is also used for worship services and activities of the Protestant Congregation in Overschie.

My first time in a non catholic church and I found it really nice. Completely different of what I'm used to, but I liked it. I went to see a live concert and was a nice experience.
