Fantastic service & delicious food. Highly recommend for a special evening or celebration.

We came with some friends for 3 night stay and had a truly wonderful time. Ate at the restaurant the first night and what an experience. Great friendly and attentive staff. The manager was friendly welcoming and extremely helpful regarding local points. Where to get a bus even. Rooms are clean well appointed the breakfast baskets just full of goodies. No "Full English" here thank goodness. The square in the evening is a delight. Park your car, walk, cycle or take a bus. By far the most relaxing way to get around. Lovely to see the mum's on the school run on bikes. Not a "Chelsea Tractor" in sight!!

Friendly place with nice quiet room and roof terrace. Good food and good value

Been a solid place for years. Pleasant people, consistent food/drink quality. Excellent terrace in front as well as back. Edit: July 2020 covid19 report: solid as ever
