I called to make an appointment. Woman on the line could hardly understand a word from me. I know my Dutch is not perfect but I have already had thousands of telephone conversations in the Netherlands and never had such a bad experience. I finally got an appointment in 4 weeks. After waiting for 2 weeks I got a phone call. Again I was barely understanding. Appointment cannot take place. This time has already been reserved for someone else .... Appointment will be moved to 3 weeks later than first discussed ... Hopefully the quality of the therapy is better than that of making appointments and communication.
