Very unfriendly and bad: We ordered 2 Replay pants - which were on sale at pickup. The owner / seller did not want to use the sale price but asked the suggested retail price, while the same trousers were offered in his shop for more than € 80 cheaper at that time. He she; "I don't want to sell them for the sale price". Then we were literally looked out of the store and treated rude. What a rip-off John Stevens. I think, of course, that he makes a good profit even at the sale price. By the way, I could buy these Replay pants even cheaper via the internet, but I wanted to support local entrepreneurs. That is now definitively finished. I will not shed a tear if John Stevens is soon bankrupt because everyone is going to order via the internet. Even the service on the internet is much better! These types of entrepreneurs provide empty shopping streets.
