it has now happened for the second time that I bring a bicycle for repair. also the second time that I leave with a bad feeling. when he brought the colleague, he indicated that the bicycle would be ready the next day. and the agreed amount what it would cost approximately. based on that I left the bike as I needed it for the weekend. it took considerably longer than said, so we can only pick up the bike after the weekend. and the price was 2.5 times as much as agreed. you understand my frustration and anger. after trying to discuss this with the colleague who repaired the bike i was treated very rude. there was no listening, the gentleman indicated that I did not understand how it works there, and there was no compensation. customer satisfaction was foreign to him. quality too. the valve was still open, and no more cap. upon returning home also found that scratches have been added to the bicycle (unfortunately not from cycling). I don't write anything on the internet very quickly, but I am very dissatisfied with the work and the service. unfortunately happened for the second time. I definitely do not recommend this store.

Have been visiting Oppelaar for years, always well served and expertly advised. If you come around coffee time, a cup of coffee is always offered. In case of problems, a solution is always sought. So just a great thing.

Bicycle ordered and paid for at Giant Netherlands, was an old model in stock in the Giant store Oppelaar in Lisse. After 3 days I called Oppelaar to ask how it was. Bicycle had to be assembled and could probably be picked up in the afternoon, unfortunately heard nothing that day. Called the next day, when I was told that the bike was never there and could no longer be ordered, it was dismissed as a misunderstanding. I had to chase my money at Giant Netherlands myself. Very bad feeling left over from this case. You don't deal with customers that way.
