The application procedure is very strange.
I was rejected arguing that I don't live in the region, while I live less than 15 minutes away.
So in the region.
When I asked about that, the employee endlessly argued with the same fallacy.
"We get hundreds of applications through Indeed, and they all come from far away"
If I ask again, "but I will not come from far away" they have no answer and they hide behind indeed.
"We can only give 1 standard response via indeed".
While they just sent me a personal email with the nonsense argument that I wouldn't live in the region.
What a bizarre state of affairs.
In addition, it does not seem realistic to me that a local Arab supermarket gets hundreds of responses from all over the country.
But that aside.
If they deal with all applicants, they can never hire anyone.
