Perhaps a good funeral director for immediate relatives —- For others sloppy and tactless. - The flowers we had sent for our dear aunt had not been placed with her, - According to Mr. De Winter, they were "still on the cart", had no time to put in the crate, - The reason was according to Mr. The Winter "time shortage" due to the warm weather, as a result, doors of the funeral home were opened later than indicated, otherwise the deceased would sweat, - According to Mr. De Winter had no use for air conditioning because doors were always open. It is doubtful that a funeral company that has existed since 1989 can still respond to warm weather conditions, but I find that no apology is offered for careless and tactless action in conditions that are sad to us, which is very unprofessional.

I think Arno should look for another job. He is not suitable for this and shows no sympathy for the survivors. Gosh how nice Arno that you respond to my review! Me and my sisters have tried to talk to you often enough but you did not want to listen. Now that our father's cremation is over, I'd rather not have contact with you anymore Dear Arno, My sisters and I have tried to talk to you a few times as I said! But for you it was not about our opinion so we received no answer or it was all decided without us. That is why it no longer makes sense to talk to you. Thank you for understanding

Mr. de Winter very recently arranged the funeral of my mother-in-law. His services are characterized by a very personal character, an extremely high degree of involvement with and care for the relatives, and a focus on even the smallest details - and in the meantime also positive attention for the wallet of the relatives. I have already experienced a lot of funerals, but this man really surpasses everything. He quickly realized what was important for both the deceased and the next of kin and on that basis provided a very decent and worthy funeral for which my wife and I are really grateful. The next day he called to ask how our day after the funeral had gone and whether we had slept well, and with some advice for the coming period. Very personal and very pleasant. ARNO THANKS!
