What a bad service there. Not normal. I called to ask if the items were in stock. Got a lady on the line who came with a story that I have to check it myself. I did that beforehand, but I also experienced a situation where I went 50 km to the store to buy shoes and to my great surprise they didn't have it in stock !!! The website indicated that they did have it. Really bad...
