Terrible, unfriendly, totally out of the question for an asthmatic person who cannot wear a mask. And has a pass and no corona !! As a customer I want to choose glasses and I have clearly indicated that about the mask and that I have a pass. But No could not according to sir. I even asked if I could otherwise choose glasses in a small time slot, but no! So unfriendly and not cooperative and certainly not hospitable. Called my old specsavers and explained everything and I will be welcomed there next Monday😉! For example, people should compliment the Dordrecht location. I will never enter the Hellevoetsluis location with 1 foot again! Never go there folks.

Terribly unfriendly staff, standing with enough staff but if they have to do something for you they don't have time, very unkind and surly staff I would say never go !! If you tell them something they don't even listen and you have to explain it twice more ... In Spijkenisse and Delft they understand their business, these are bunglers and the most customer unfriendly Specsavers out there !!

Been by for glasses for my daughter. Got good advice. The staff are nice and helpful. The store looks neat and clean and the work is hygienic.
