I have been coming since it was established, but recently there is a new employee who I have the feeling that she is not taking the initiative. I am not greeted upon arrival and she herself does not always look well dressed for a fashion store. The store has also been a mess lately.

Personnel hung at the counter and did not have any initiative to help customers with the fitting rooms
