In addition to delicious sweets, this museum is full of objects from a glorious past. Had a good tour!

A piece of old Maasland. De Schilpen is a small museum which is very nice to visit for young and old. In the front of the building they have set up a candy store like this used to be. In the candy store you can buy all authentic sweets. They do this in the way that you pay for the weight of your bag of sweets which gives a nice effect to picking out sweets for children. The staff also runs into the older traditional dress, which makes the picture complete. In short, a nice piece of history in the center of Maasland.

Small informative location about Dutch history. The atmosphere is very nice and you can buy Old Dutch sweets in the Old Dutch way.
