Waiting outside in the rain, 15 minutes late.

Often things go wrong. Last time I was able to pick up my pizza at 5:45 PM. I wait nicely outside at 5:40 pm as expected. At 5:50 pm still nothing. I go in to ask why it is taking so long. Turns out there is no order. I show the mail and then they say the pizza is ready within 5 minutes. I wait outside again after 10 minutes until I got pizza. This turns out to be a 25 cm pizza instead of a 30 cm pizza, so paid 2 euros too much. Next time on dominoes
