There is a package from me at the Primera because I was not at home at the time of delivery. This must be collected within a week. Unfortunately today I got the message that I am Covid positive. I called to ask if the package can be left so I can pick it up as soon as I can go outside again. That was not possible because then they are no longer allowed to return it. Nor should it be returned at all. Whether I could not have it picked up by neighbors. I just moved here, I have no contact details for neighbors and I am not allowed outside. Family lives a long way from here and I'm not going to have them come here for a package. But nice thought!

Today I went to the super nice Primera shop in the Trout again. Again saw the terribly unsympathetic, unkind, meddlesome saleswoman. Unfortunately couldn't go elsewhere due to time constraints and made my purchase. Of course I was helped again in a very customer-unfriendly way and this again left a mark on my purchase. When I bring this up with others, they know exactly who I mean and I notice that my opinion is also shared with others. She is a very unprofessional saleswoman and does Primera more harm than good, too bad! A course on how to cock with her customers would do her good. Unfortunately!! Because it is a great store and the other ladies are TOPPIE, I am always happy when I see them and I can also have a look around. Nothing to criticize about Primera ....... but that saleswoman .....
