Restaurant De Zalm

I know that hotel quite well, it was my fifth stay there. Clean, good breakfast, perfect location to Brielle. What I don't like in this place is insufficient rooms isolation - Sometimes it is problem to sleep well while you hear everything from corridor and other rooms.

Lovely hotel in a really beautiful location. The staff are really friendly and helpful and generally just great guys to chat to about anything. The food is absolutely incredible and the portion sizes are very generous. They have an excellent selection of Dutch and Belgian beers too. The room I had was a little in need of some care as there were so marks on the walls, didn't really mind though as I spent very little time in there.

Simple in a good sense , staff were friendly and went out of their wag to help. The setting is perfect,nestled on a corner of this small town opposite the museum. So having said that ,if like me your room backs onto the square then it can be a bit noisey and if i am honest the carpets could do with a change . Otherwise the room was clean and the breakfast is varied and filling Excellent located to wonder around the streets and with parking at the back makes life very convenient

Clean and spacious rooms with excellent location in historic middle-age city and very well preserved 16th century fortress. City walk tour info from the hotel is highly recommended
