Yesterday these fantastic people placed the beautiful monument with my dear unforgettable sister 🌟Jolanda🌟. Something you don't want so much, but became so real to us. They provided fantastic guidance and advice, nothing was weird or too much for them. Nicely finished and delivered down to the last detail, from the photo to the stones. Everything is correct. It has become a very loving place. ❤️❤️ A place where you can be with her for a while. 🦋 Thank you Marianne, Zefanja and Jenny for everything. You are real TOPPERS. 😘😘

Afterwards noticed that Money is the BIG determining factor within this company 5 years ago I bought a monument for my father at this company and had it installed, everything went well and because we opted for a showroom monument it was affordable so far nothing to complain about Last January my mother and we passed away to unique monuments if they want to ensure that because of my mother's interment the cover plate could be removed from the monument and that my mother's name would be added. We were told it was very busy and it was very difficult to fit this into the agenda. We showed understanding and therefore hired a company through the cemetery (€ 450) to carry this out I did ask you can post my mother's data later after the funeral, right? the answer was of course we do that the monument has always been bought from us. To my question what that would cost I was answered € 500 After two months we returned to discuss what should be written and when it would be done. After everything was taken, she told me that the confirmation would be sent by email. When I opened my mail the next day I was shocked and understood why she did not immediately tell the price € 985 was there! I immediately responded to this and it was said that those are the costs and nothing else, when I said you said € 500 that was suddenly no longer true. After a lot of e-mailing back and forth (because call appointments were not fulfilled) we agreed an amount of € 750 (without receipt) You have to do something because it is about your mother after all. Having agreed this I would be called for an appointment. After exactly two weeks I receive an email with the message that Uniek is too busy and can no longer carry out my assignment and that I have to look for someone else who might be able to do that for me. There you are So people make up before you start because at this toko it is all about money nice sweet and nice if you come to order something, but these people have never heard of aftercare. A twisted version of my story will probably appear in response below, but that shows all the more how someone wants to clean up their bad deed instead of admitting they didn't do the right thing.
