Unfortunately had a bad experience steaming and altering an expensive wool blazer. Discovered a hole in the blazer when picking up. According to the store, this could not have happened while steaming or entertaining. I'm very sure this hole hasn't been there before. It could be fixed, but I had to pay 10 Euro for that! Too bad this bad service! So I will never go here again!
