Teachers are not competent and even admit that they do not fulfill the agreements made (things that WEEKS are too late) and students who have to go to the board of examiners to be allowed to view a test. In the meantime, they expect the pupils to have everything on time, but they can not distinguish a calendar from a toilet seat themselves.
