I have unexpectedly unpleasant experience with this Toyota Dealer. It started in May 2020 with the dealer promising 2 weeks for a car to be provided while in reality it took 5 weeks and affected my working and personal plans. Then they could not provide me with a manual in English, which I find quite strange as it is a norm all over the world already. And currently they have been ignoring my requests about the car repair for 2 weeks and I don't know how to make them fulfill their obligations. I have a feeling that my manager is not responsible for anything and I only pay to Toyota for a car lease not getting a service that is included into the package. I DO NOT recommend to work with them.

Come here for the coffee alone, and also have the most reliable cars in the showroom. Staff couldn't be better! What strikes me is that when I pass by the (one of the) most beautiful country!
