What a bad dealer. Not Jaguar worthy! Bought a new Jaguar and have a warranty complaint? Well this dealer would rather not help you. I was explicitly told by the manager that they only want to give a guarantee to customers who buy from them. So if you have bought a Jaguar somewhere else, they would rather not help you. How happy I am never to have done business with Romijn.

Last Saturday we visited Jaguar Romijn in The Hague for a quote for the new Jaguar I-PACE. Sjoerd the car salesman immediately informed us that there were no discounts on the Jaguar I-Pace. This is a national agreement with Jaguar Nederland. There is a lot of interest in the car. We have been driving a Jaguar XF sports brake for 5 years now, to full satisfaction and under maintenance at Jaguar Romijn. Of course we want to trade in this car. Monday morning I was called about the trade-in by Sjoerd. In this conversation I was informed that the Jaguar XF sports brake was unsaleable for the dealer. I could get € 18,500 in exchange, then I had to return this car this month. Sjoerd had also consulted the website districtopenautos and informed me that I could get around € 22,500 in exchange here ... Mss a bit less but at least more than your own Jaguar dealer Sjoerd could tell !! According to the ANWB price list, the trade-in is € 22,000. In short, the trade-in proposal is extremely CUSTOMER-FRIENDLY and gives us the impression that Jaguar is only going for the maximum profit and existing loyal customers are not important. This immediately made us decide not to have our car serviced by Jaguar Romijn anymore. No more Jaguar for us! Where possible we will write a review to warn people about Jaguar Romijn!

Good dealer for years. During the renovation / relocation and the aftermath of it, it was less but now back on the right track. Still some room for improvement but certainly well done and nice thing now!
