bought a car from Bamberg automotive. a few days later the car got hotter than usual so contacted the seller. made an appointment as agreed and it turned out to have been the water pump. it has been replaced. the water pump and the hours paid by them, and paid the distribution etc. Absolutely great! again a few days later: coolant light too late .. so top up and on. and after a few days later the light again. so contacted Bamberg again, according to them there was a leak. this turned out not to be remedied (hoses filled with sealant and the like) and back to Bamberg up to 5 times. the 1 month warranty had now expired. so we went to a professional garage. they immediately pointed out to me that the head was crooked. account of € 1500, - still contacted Bamberg, but had no further reactions, because yes the warranty has expired .. Now that I have had the car repaired at the external garage, outside of Bamberg, the car is completely top! It is a pity that Bamberg again did not respond to this .. I felt that they did know what was going on, but kept putting things off until the warranty expired. this because of the high repair costs. after all, it is not a car of € 1000- € 8000, - if I had known this I would have left the car and not have gone to Bamberg. Service seems good, but it isn't. -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- The car has not been good from the start. there was also a bottle of coolant under the trunk. which most likely indicates that coolant always had to be topped up. so probably bought a car that is just not good. as said before the service from the 1st case was great! but after that ... I already indicated to you that it was most likely pressure build-up through the head, to which you said "no, it was a leak" after all, it wasn't the gasket but the head was bent. (conclusion: only throws kvs out when the engine is warm). this problem has occurred all the time during the warranty period, there was never talk of leakage, because overpressure causes the engine to throw kvs out of the expansion vessel. (hence the drops under the barrel) I also cannot understand that you can say that I have put down the car without kvs. Also, I have never agreed to anything, just waiting for your response. I just deeply regret that the problem in the warranty occurred. and finally I indicated that it was the head. but nothing has been done about it.

Very good and expertly assisted in the purchase of my new car. Also the trade-in of the old car was no problem and so arranged. The range of young exclusive cars is of the highest quality, just like the presentation, the new building, the hospitality and the service!
