I bought a Polo and it turned to not have been well checked; after two months, I had two flat tyres (which were supossed to be brand new and for which we paid 200 e extra); I called them and they refused to help. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this car dealer to future potential buyers.
The person in charge is very rude and unfriendly
Bought a company car in December (VW Caddy). At the end of the day he was immediately called on the internet and made a test drive the next morning. When we arrived the owner had just left but we were helped super friendly by the men from the garage, they helped us with the key and we could already take a test drive.
When we got back from the test drive, the seller was back. Super friendly help and with a VW Caddy we drove back home.
The following week it turned out that the battery was bad, but after telephone contact this was easily resolved. I was allowed to buy a battery from a local auto parts store and then send a payment request.
Unfortunately 1 day later it turned out that the front window had been used by leaking them. A sealant seam was not good. But this was also solved professionally and quickly, completely new window was installed. With a nice bag with various small snacks for the inconvenience. That's nice !!!!!
In short, very satisfied and good service.
What a positive surprise this company. Bought a neat Renault Trafic, for not the most money. However, on the day of pick up, the car left me, called, and someone was immediately sent to pick me up and the stranded car. I myself was brought home and the car repaired. Two weeks later the power steering pump bursts while I was on the road during my vacation. Again not difficult, we pick up the car and drop me off at home. A phone call a few days later, the car was ready and they brought it to my vacation address. TALK ABOUT TOP SERVICE !! Can only say that I am very very satisfied with the treatment by this company. Nice team. Thank you gentlemen for the service. Will definitely recommend you when someone is looking for a car.
What a great company to buy a car, you will be helped expertly and friendly. There is a wide choice of cars in many price ranges. The cars all look equally neat and clean. I bought a Ford Ka from the boys. A door opened a little hard, I called and I could come back and have it made. Good service!
