supplement dated 10/1/21 for the overview made somewhat shorter. On Dec. ordered stuff so that I would have it at home before Christmas. Was signposted on the site. 2 days before Christmas my order did not receive an update. Still advertising, ordered today for Christmas at home. Customer service not available. Mail sent, would get a response within 24 hours. Didn't get a response until 6 days later. I should just call the branch. No number and just figure it out !. Looked up the number and opening hours on the lucardi website. Called more than 10 on 4 different days, but the store was not answered. At a certain point, indicated by email that I would not like my purchase, I was within the legal term. And yes, within a few hours a message that I can pick up my things. In the meantime filed my complaint. I will not accept this, I want my money back. Lasted until after the turn of the year. I get a message reproaching that I could read on their website and hear on their tape that I had to call the store and not customer service. Anyway, they will ask the store to return everything, only then will I get my money back. 9/1, more than a week after the last message about getting a refund ... you guessed it. Call the store if I want to pick up the items. I do not think so! They continue to communicate as if you as a customer are stupid and retarded. Because you they can reach the location ... duh !!! holidays are over. Good job Lucardi. I used to be a regular, but that's over now.

If I could give zero stars I would !!! I placed an order last week. I chose to pick up at the store in Leidschendam because of the pressure to relieve the delivery staff. I received a confirmation of payment, but nothing else. The store and customer service can not be reached very sad. Mail is not answered, so servive 0.0 .... nice to get married without jewelry. With their nice talks on the site
