the worst ever services provided by this brand in the Hague, both at the office down town and this one in Leidschendam. I would not imagine asking for a VAT (BTW) invoice anywhere else in Europe and not to be provided by the shop, simplu because they DO NO WANT to do that. Then you have to wait this facture from the headquarters for ever and never get it. I was promised at both shops the invoice and never got it, had to go again and again to the shop asking and asking as if i was asking something which is out of this world. Siebel Juweliers do hire right people, otherwise your rating will always be very bad. Otherwise you have some nice pieces of jewelry but the company's policy for staff is the worst ever I have experienced.

Watch taken to replace battery. Agreed that the repair would be 26 euros. 20 euros down payment. Then I come to pick up the watch, I will be charged double (52 euros). According to them, a picture around the date hand would have been loose. Didn't receive a call or email. I would not receive the watch if I would not pay. Brought to Siebel especially because it is a watch with emotional value; I expected good service with such a name. Apparently not.

Don't be fooled by the pretty little shop. Once you have paid for something, the service is over. The manager is also a terrible kenau and service is hard to find. DO NOT DO IT. Prefer to go to another store or order online. If you order online you always have a much better service.

Service is a bit less after purchasing an expensive watch still not received a good booklet with certificate.
