If any one is looking for good deals for hotels head to ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ reserved a resort on there and these guys had the lowest prices anywhere! A very pleasant discovery. Well positioned in a nice central area full of restaurants and bars. Good drinks and warm atmosphere.

When we booked this luxury hotel, we were expecting a once in a lifetime experience... absolutely not!!!! The service is absolutely chaotic and the breakfast is a disaster. The bread is hard, eggs are cold, they forget what you’ve ordered, forget to take your order at all, you reserve a table but there won’t be one ready for you. Just truly bad! I will surely never visit again and I wouldn’t recommend.. even the beautiful building does not make up for the bad experience!!! The only positive thing about this hotel is the friendly and funny doormen.

Nice bedroom with classic style, bed super comfy, bathroom big enough but needs to be careful on stepping into the bath tub, it's quite high. Be really careful if your feet are wet. We went to the restaurant, i really like the service, ambience was great. We order tea and cup of hot chocolate. Cake was super delicious. A bit unpleasant experience was the door guy was tad bit rough to us instead of politely ask us to enter on entrance sign (we get it he works according to protocol, but smile and a kind "please" won't kill anyone tho). Also the way to the room and lift that going down is kind of confusing as well, in the end we often use staircase to go down. Aside of that this hotel is nice!

Great cozy hotel and very fancy, however, Service was not up to the high expectations raised by the price and reputation. Service was very inconsistent. Breakfast Service was very slow and staff seemed confused. Things that were ordered did not arrive until reminded. In the afternoon no sugar was served with my Espresso and i had to ask twice to receive it. I received the wrong Menu after i asked for it. They seemed understaffed and unexperienced. Not a great look for one of the 'Leading Hotels of the World'.
