Date of stay: September 2019 Pro: - Comfortable king size bed. - Nice view. - Free upgrade. - Complimentary chocolates, and they decorated our room with rose petals, a personalised letter and a message on the mirror as we are on our honeymoon. - Bath robes and slippers. - Nescafe Coffee machine in room although no milk/creamer - Lots of toiletries. - Reception staff friendly. - Option when staying over 1 night to not have the room cleaned and get a £5 voucher for the bar or restaurant. Con: - Shower could have been cleaned better, but room was otherwise clean. - Aircon was too warm despite turning it down to 17 degrees. - Window through to shower has a curtain on the outside. Could be uncomfortable if travelling with a friend. I don't see why it's not at least frosted glass. - Couldn't use the HDMI port on the TV as it was disabled. We like to use it to watch media on our laptop. - No welcome drink offered (Silver status perk).

My bag has been taken out the room by the cleaning people. With my iphone, EarPod pros credit and debit card. the staff mr Johannes wouldn’t call the manager. Or show understanding for my lost items he kept telling me he can’t recall something like this ever happening in the hotel and I must be wrong... when I told him I’m going to stay in the hotel to wait on the magager threatened to call the police because he thought I didn’t have any money.... because my cards were in the bag I lost . After showing him that we have money. And I could put Through my banking app He wanted to rent us a room just so we can wait and talk to the manager full price while we didn’t need the room. he didn’t want to call. The manager higher up and We were not allowed to wait for information of our own items without a room which is complete crazy! I have never been treated so disrespectful and unprofessionally. I’m now waiting in the room and writing this review. If my items are not found. I’ll be forced to press charges for theft. Sorry to inform that this was beyond bad ! Hopefully they can investigate where my stuff is. I payed money to be treated like a piece of something...

This time I wasn't lucky with the hotel room ... if you stay on the 10th floor, be prepared to hear the fan's roar from the roof ventilation all night. :( But the view was grate.
