1 and half hour and I didn’t receive my order; then I called them to cancel it
Good food
The pizza/pasta is good and the delivery is always quick. Definitely would recommend.
Delivery time 2 and a half hours ... for a portion of pasta and 6 cheese sticks.
When I ordered it said it was 30 minutes delivery time.
Called in after an hour to ask where my order was. It would be delivered within 20 minutes. Called 20 minutes later and was told they forgot my order and it would be ready in half an hour. Called again 40 minutes later. 2 and a half hours later a bland pasta and hard cold cheese sticks.
Last time I order from here.
We order pizza here more often but this time the food and service was not optimal. We had ordered 2 pizzas and it was already taking longer than usual. When we finally received the pizzas, it turned out that the pizzas were not well cooked. We ate half because we were really hungry but at a certain point it was just not to eat. This is unfortunate. I am not used to this from Ametaly.
