I bought treatment on Groupon. Followed all rules: made an appointment (which was not very easy) 3 days in advance. And now I'm standing 10 minutes earlier before my appointment and there is nobody inside. I call and woman says: no we are closed. My first appointment is at 12!!!!! Seriously?!?!?! I came to The Hague especially for this appointment and it doesn't stand in her agenda?!?!?! Appointment was confirmed via email!!!!! So she apologized and said that will come asap. 10 minutes later I got my treatment and now can say for sure that staff is friendly and service is good. Only work a bit on arranging your agenda :)

I bought 3 times package of Brazilian waxing in this salon through Groupon and my first treatment was horrible! First of all they do double dipping which is a big no go since it's unhygienic and second of all the treatment was pretty brutal since she had pinched my skin every time she removes the hair(she uses hard wax). But the most unacceptable part is how she responded when I gave her my feedback. She said that if I have done the wax in another salon previously, why should I come to her salon?! Basically she has no customer service attitude what so ever! She even said that no need for me to comeback next time! Shocking! Just shocking attitude. Definitely will not comeback even they're giving waxing for free and will not recommend this salon to anyone for waxing.

They infected my eyes badly.

Have manicure and pedicure done, both experienced very bad. Pedicure: When I got home I saw a cut in my foot! Nail on my big toe also cut too deep. Also painted without using topcoat and with only 1 coat! Manicure: Don't understand the difference between round and straight. I asked for straight and got round, pointed and angular. Can not file shape. No protective cream used when treating cuticles. Furthermore, with two different files filed on all nails. They get thin! Not necessary at all. My fingers are also filed with an electric file instead of gently with pliers. No cream has been used for anything. Nail polishes only 1 layer and without topcoat. Then specially asked for it, it was not dry after 3 hours! I really don't go there anymore. Unfortunately.

Today I was with a friend at the Beauty Spa and my nails were taken care of and painted there, for me the very first time at a manicure. What struck us was that the files and electrical appliances they used were not cleaned. They went from one customer to another and also from hands to feet, but the scissors and forceps came from a sterilizing device. After my nails were painted red, which took all the time, I left. At the end of the afternoon, about 6 hours later, I washed my hands with soap at home and noticed that my nail polish was going on. Finally the paint on my thumbnail was completely removed and the other nails continued. I took it all off.
