high service is the key

When I entered the Plus location in Kloosterzande, I was approached unpleasantly by an employee upon arrival. I was looking for a basket, of course with a mouth mask on, but I was immediately directed outside by this unpleasant employee. They are allowed to indicate that they are obliged to take one more cart and that they have no baskets available. The casiere employee was very friendly and they are a lot younger than the employee in question. At the service desk, the same employee was immediately calling 8 people who were waiting at this desk. Without quickly ending the telephone conversation, the moment finally came when she was done with her conversation. Then he turned her back to go and help people on the other side of the desk. Because of no time to wait for such an employee, I left. What a ball tent. The lowest earning are the best and most capable employees in this business!

Besides the fact that it is a nice shop with a good range, especially for a smaller place like Kloosterzande, there are some downsides, viz. Many "offers" are not priced, so I do not buy them anyway, I once had spoiled feta between the olives, while the expiration date was still 4 weeks, (by the way, neatly resolved, but you still have to drive 14 kilometers for it) and. ..what irritates me immensely: 98 euro groceries and only 9 parcel stamps! Bah! ... so you have to go through the store with a calculator or return groceries worth 8 euros at the checkout

Nice spacious supermarket with a good range and nice butcher shop.

The store is ok. Super products. The prices are a bit small. (Compared to other stores)
