I have to say it is not the best pet store. The rodents and rabbits are in far too small cages, and also mixed. Furthermore, it is an ordinary pet store with a large and also a wide range.

As a pet shop you assume to give animals. Not the case in this store. Don't buy anything here! Adult golden hamsters live with several in 1 cage, without shelter, without digging possibilities and especially without running wheel in many small cages! Hamsters are solitary beasts and really everything here just wasn't as it should be. That this is still possible in the Netherlands is nauseating. Also the cages they sell here. All rubbish.

Saturday I went to the shop to buy 8 fish including the aquarium and accessories. I was given a full explanation of how to take care of the fish etc. I assumed everything was perfect, so I did it as the person told me. After less than 24 hours, 5 of 8 fish had died! I asked several pet stores how this could be done. They all reply with: “The fish cannot be placed together, the temp. was too cold and the food you give is wrong ”. The person from the shop explained everything wrong to me! The following Monday I called the store and explained everything & then I got the response “That's too bad for you” !!! They didn't come up with a solution and I was the victim of it! Very bad thing this! Really advise against! (Especially if you buy fish) I was also told that I was very ripped off and that I could get everything much cheaper, the shop is very expensive and everything is badly arranged !! Disappointment!
