Received a nice trade-in price for my own car and bought back a great car.
Here a trade-in price was offered for our car that was lower than 1500 euros than we have now finally been offered. A waste of our time.
Helped very friendly. Pleasant conversation without any kind of pressure. Very realistic conversation about wishes and requirements, about the price and trade-in. We had 3 options and we left with the 'cheapest'. The seller felt very good to us and made no attempt to get us to choose the more expensive one. Explanation about the car was good, the time was certainly taken. Various driving tips (do's and don'ts) for hybrid. Just deserves 5 stars!

After 1.5 weeks we got a malfunction on the dashboard. The seller can of course do nothing about it .. But this was neatly resolved after 1 call.

After a telephone appointment, I visited a specific car that I was interested in. I have traveled for an hour to get there. I had already indicated that I thought the asking price was fine if some scratches were to be removed and that I wanted to take a short test drive. However, taking a test drive was not possible! Then I just ran away. A waste of my time!
