Attaching photos of the state our new (!) car was delivered. The missing part (second photo) was scratched during transportation as we were told. We were promised a replacement within several days, but it's been nearly 2 weeks (since 31st May) and nobody even followed up. Extremely unprofessional. Whilst cleaning our car, discovered dirt under the rubber mats. I inspected the car when we received it and discovered scratches here and there + stain (!) on the front seat, but those were fixed on the spot. However, once we left I noticed more scratches inside (what are you gonna do about the scratched plastic?), and upon first cleaning it was shocking to see DIRT inside a NEW car. Am at a loss of words - utterly UNPROFESSIONAL. Check your car thoroughly before purchasing. Oh and our salesperson who sold us the car doesn't even work there anymore.
