A lot of orders placed at the store were recently ordered 2 jackets that were just new in the collection of 31.99 ps. 2 weeks later exactly those same jackets are in the clearance sale for 20, - ps for half the price. Had contact but Ms could do nothing for this (just like more complaints now that I read back) Ms was also very spiteful and showed no understanding. Pretty sad to a regular customer actually. Madam said: even if the jacket hangs in the store for 2 weeks and we throw it in the clearance, we make that out ourselves. Friendly huh? I would NEVER order from this store because you will be cheated in front of you. And for the friendliness, you certainly don't have to! Oh yes and even if they send something to you that is broken, you still have to pay the 5.95 shipping costs, so you see what kind of company this is. 9 times out of 10, the quality is also bad but you ordered but since nothing is open in this corona time, but in principle you just pay the main price for cheap market clothing.

Jacket ordered but after 4 months already my zipper was broken. While I didn't even wear it every day. Emailed but got back: no guarantee. Was also a weird short email in other words just figure it out. Bad service! And it was a shame that they expected them to deal with this a little differently

What a customer service ... Have ordered .. Something was not appropriate .. Want to return this .. Only because corona has been established in the family, the package would arrive 3 days later than intended .. Due to quarantine ... And here they do so very difficult about ..
