We are from Rotterdam and are moving to Woerden. Then a quality store in the area is always handy. Unfortunately, the experience in practice turned out to be completely different. We were present in the showroom at 7:15 pm so that we were on time. Only after a walk through the showroom where the owner has seen us several times could not welcome us at all. Let alone indicate that he has seen us and will come to us later. At 7:40 pm he finished his conversation with another customer without exchanging 1 word with us. The wife of the owner had offered us something to drink but left us to our own devices. When he had time for us we were asked: What are you doing? I.p.v. what can I help you with? During the interview we indicated several times that we are coming for advice to furnish our house and not that we had already sorted out everything in advance. Eventually we come for a floor and window covering in a new house. This means that a lot needs to be done and a little advice can do no harm. Only the sizes were important and a color for the price. After we had chosen several options in the more expensive price range, it was said several times that it is better to choose the cheaper one for the quote. This is probably due to our age that we cannot afford it, but this is totally out of place arrogance. Eventually we selected a floor plus all window coverings within 40-45 minutes and stood outside with a dissatisfied feeling without advice. Then we receive a quote where the mail is totally impersonal. The prices in the quotation are many times higher than at the competitor, where we have selected the same stuff + fabric. Although the price would be more acceptable, we would not opt ​​for this because of the "service"
