Incredibly nasty girls on the phone at customer service. A big mouth and don't see you as a customer. Very disrespectful. Return term also worthless. In short, arrogant company, not customer-friendly. Wouldn't put the energy into it, there are many nicer clothing companies that sell the same brands and where you are treated well!
