20.10.2020 Everyone knows that sports and exercise are healthy. But is it fun too? Fitness was never "my thing", but unexpected circumstances forced me to work on my fitness. The step to Fysio Broekhuizen had been taken ... and now continue every week ... Thanks to the beautiful concept: working in small groups under supervision, I am now completely in shape again, nice and fresh and fruity. The social aspect of the group has given me the motivation to keep going weekly. I can now pick up my old sports such as tennis, golf, cycling and walking. It has strengthened my motivation to keep moving. And ... I met nice people from my village! Thank you Team Broekhuizen!
