Bought heated socks for my dad's birthday. Arriving late but with an upgrade. The socks do not heat well, let the cold through and there is already a hole in them after wearing them once. Contacted where I would be called back. After a week of not having heard anything, I called myself. Since the relevant department was not present, I would be called back again. Again not happened.
