My order never arrived, but I received a message that my order was delivered. Customer service does not react on calls or email. I contacted them over 10 times already. No reaction in over a month. I feel like this is a scam. Don't buy there!

It is communicated that when you order something before 11.30 pm, it will be delivered the next day. Well not so. There is also a telephone number on the website, but that is only for decoration. Contact is only by mail. I now have to figure out where to get my product elsewhere, because the promise is not kept! Stupid, I should have read the reviews first.

Ordered before 23:00, but the shirts didn't arrive until 4 days later. Company is very difficult to reach by telephone, email and Facebook. Good products, but very poor service.

Definitely not recommended. The site says before 2300 is ordered the next day. So we ordered well before 2300 for my son's birthday. Next day they indicated that nothing would be delivered that day, so we couldn't give my son a birthday present. The service ordered before 2300 is home the next day is absolutely not an issue. They only lure customers with this. That day I had to email back and forth that I do not agree and I ordered before 2300 including a receipt and my child is now without a birthday present, which is incidentally very difficult and takes a lot of time because they are simply not available by phone despite a phone number on the site. Final score ordered before 2300 and the next day, so I received nothing except a headache from emailing back and forth and a birthday that was partially ruined. Fucking service !!!

I ordered here and neatly received my product. However, they could not fulfill the promised delivery time (ordered today, delivered tomorrow). After a few days of not hearing anything I sent an email and a day later I still had the product at home. My emails were answered.
